About This Park

The Red Bull Pump Track at Earl Thomas Conley Riverside Park is a large asphalt pump track west of Portsmouth on US Route 52 along the Ohio River. The City of Portsmouth and American Ramp Company / Velosolutions opened the track in 2021 beside the park splash pad, disc golf, and riverfront trails. Circuits of rollers and banked turns let mountain bikers, BMX riders, and skateboarders build speed through pumping rather than pedaling. Admission is free during park hours.
